Copyright and right of work integrity
All works by the painter Emil Pfeifer (1913-1978) are protected by copyright until 2048.
It is not allowed to modify or destroy them.
The artist's heirs have the exclusive right of determination regarding integrity.
Restorations may only be commissioned by the owners of the copyright or by ArsPinxit AG.
ArsPinxit AG reserves the exclusive right to produce photographs, printed items and reproductions.
The Swiss Federal Copyright and Related Proprietary Rights Act, 231.1, applies (Copyright Act, URG).
